The living room opens out to a private pool where one can lounge or relax on sit-outs while taking in the sights and sounds of the garden surrounded by the swaying coconut palms.

Located in a serene village with a bird watching point that is just round the corner, a beautiful beach 10 to 15 min walking dist. away, good restaurants and a mini mart is also closely located. The Int.Airport, the bus and train stations in close proximity makes our place perfect to relax and enjoy ones stay in Goa.

It was initially an outdoor storage area for coconuts and was there after renovated to form a part of a very basic 1 bed room house from where it gets the name. It was then modified into a hair styling Salon & finally it has been revamped into a quaint & rustic goan house. We've kept it simple yet elegant.
