Our FULLY insulated, although it may not appear so, family barn, is cosy and warm with all the comforts of home......Insulation between TWO outer layers of corrugated iron. Apple TV with free Netflix, unlimited broadband, wood burner and even a pool table! Themed throughout as a rustic barn with many things to see and do it has rustic ambiance yet with a touch of the unusual! No smoking/vaping.

Standalone luxury 2 bedroom apartment in a tranquil and private setting, with kitchen & living area on 2 levels and spectacular views of the Shotover River & The Remarkables mountains. Set on 10 acres of park-like grounds, with secure garaging. Barley Mow is in the snowline during winter and 4wd vehicles are strongly advised. We live in the main house which is nearby but a a separate dwelling on the property. We have 2 white cats that roam the property but do not go into the apartment.

Quiet, idyllic, with lots of sunshine! 5min drive to Qtown. 15min to Arrowtown. Car parking on premises.
