Location Location Location! Birkelunden is the perfect location to stay when visiting Oslo. You'll be in the heart of Grunerløkka with everything right outside the door. Shopping, restaurants, bar's, parks, supermarkets og close to the tram and bus that will take you to almost every place in Oslo within 5-15 min. Tram (11, 12, 18) and Bus (21, 30) is right outside that takes you to, Aker Brygge/Tjuvholmen, Frogner, Majorstuen, City Center. Airportbus is stopping 1.5min walk from the apartment.

Close to adventure: 6 min drive or bus to Tusenfryd, 10 min walk to Oslo/Tusenfryd bus (26 min to Oslo S), and to freshwater swimming. Fjord beaches are 5 min away by car. Nice trekking area. Enjoy Moroccan decor, a Nespresso on the balcony, and the nearby playground. Explore the ancient Nøstvedt Stone Age site and a BBQ hut just steps away.

Bad med dusj og vaskemaskin. Skulle du føle at noe mangler, gi oss beskjed, så ordner det seg sikkert. Alle gulv har gulvvarme. Huset ligger innerst i en blindvei, midt i Drøbak sentrum. Rolig og tilbaketrukket, samtidig som det kun er to minutter å gå til "liv og røre". Ingen gjenboere. Seng er 120 cm bred.

Sentral og lys leilighet med god takhøyde i rolig sidegate. Soverom ut mot bakgård, stue ut mot en liten park. Leiligheten har en populær beliggenhet med kort vei til kaféer, restauranter, shopping og parker. Trikk og buss like utenfor døra. Kort vei til Karl Johan og Bogstadveien. MERK: Leiligheten er mitt private hjem med personlige eiendeler i fjerde etasje uten heis. Nøkkelen hentes med EasyPick på annen adresse (åpningstider: 08-00, 09-23 på søndager). Ca 5 min å gå fra leiligheten.

Hjemmekoselig ettroms leilighet med beligenhet nær NMBU. 20 min gangavstand til togstasjonen som ligger to stopp unna Oslo S 8 min på sykkel til togstasjonen. Sykkel kan lånes på forespørsel 5 min gangavstand til busstopp som tar deg til Drøbak/Ski Leiligheten ligger inntil åkeren og har uteplass som han brukes på sommerstid. Når snøen legger seg på vinterstid blir det laget skiløyper her. Det er mange fine turmuligheter i området hele året. Både i skogen og langs åkrene.

This is a beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the Oslo Fjord. You will be able to sunbathe in our lush garden and take a swim in the ocean from our boat dockage. The living room is quite large and has an open kitchen space. The private veranda is also perfect for enjoying the sun and the view. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one main bathroom and one WC with a washbasin.
