The kitchen, dining area, 2 piece bath, small living room/ fireplace, and full laundry (free) are located on the main level. The second level offers a large living room with seasonal river views and street views. There is an extra table and chairs, ideal for playing games. The two bedrooms and a full bathroom are also located on the 2nd level.

The Coach House is a barn converted into a comfortable rustic 2 bedroom home with an attached yoga studio set on 2.5 acres in the heart of Lucan. The studio contains a half bath and washer/dryer. The studio will be locked and only accessible for stays that are over 7 days. The owners live on the property in a separate Victorian home.
