The Carriage House Suites - the South Suite

Welcome to the Carriage House Suites located on the edge of beautiful Blyth Ontario. The suites are next to the historical former Grand Trunk Railway Station that is converted into a home. There is so much to do in Blyth and surrounding area, from dining, live theatre, a craft brewery, to shopping, and beautiful trails. The suites are a short twenty minute drive to the beaches of Lake Huron. There are two suites available, the South Suite and the North Suite. The suites are listed separately.

Relax in an A-frame Cottage over looking a stocked trout pond surrounded by trees. 20 acres of trails. Fish swim, kayak or canoe in the pond or creek. Watch the ducks, frogs, herons, birds, turtles & a variety of wildlife. Enjoy the stars & roast marshmallows at the camp fire. Fully stocked kitchen, BBQ, wood stove, fire pit and 3 piece bathroom. Our comfy one-room cabin sits on the edge of 40 wooded acres, overlooking a pastoral valley. Enjoy a relaxing breakfast (included) on the deck while taking in the countryside view, and in the evening, lose yourself in the deep, dark, star-studded sapphire sky. Quiet Retreat for Two

Spend a starry night in the country with the comfort of a soft bed, a wood stove, and plenty of space both indoors and out. Our yurt is located in a pocket of trees next to rolling farm fields and beautiful conservation land that the Rocklyn creek meanders through. You can prepare your meals in a sweet outdoor kitchen that is entirely screened in- or choose to sit by the fire. Bruce Trail access is just around the corner, and the towns of Meaford and Owen Sound are a short scenic drive away.

We have created a very unique getaway a long the shores of Lake Huron. In combining glamping and romance you will be able to enjoy the number one rated sunsets of Lake Huron. Whether it be from your private deck barbecuing, having a campfire, or relaxing in your own hot tub we offer the chance to disconnect and reconnect. A bunky with 4 bunk beds is included should you choose to use it. Bring your hiking boots or snow shoes and check out the near by trails! Private beach access steps away!

Water is provided with water dispenser/maintained outhouse Sauna & jacuzzi tub available yr round. Note: Wood hot tub replaced in 2025 with jacuzzi spa Cabin heated by wood stove in the winter months and supplemented with a mini split heater. Firewood/kindling provided Cabin situated on heavily treed 1 acre property with a creek directly in front of a quiet municipal road
