The Coach House Harthill

The Coach House is the beautifully converted annex of ‘The Old Rectory’; a very handsome Grade II listed seven-bedroom period home built by the son of the 1st Duke of Leeds back in 1720, in the pretty village of Harthill. It offers the perfect location to explore Sheffield and the surrounding Peak District, conveniently situated close to the M1 (Junction 30) and A57. The house lies 20 minutes from the historic town of Newark, Nottingham and Melton Mowbray and is ideally placed for a day out exploring Belvoir Castle or Holme Pierrepont Country Park (a major water sport centre). La Terraza my 3rd place here. I designed this one with influence from my time in Spain. With light earth tones and sunshine vibes. It’s a 2 bed duplex with a balcony. one bathroom on the mezzanine floor where the master bedroom is and a cosy but comfortable 2nd bedroom on the ground floor. Situated in the heart of hockley where all the best of Nottingham is on your doorstep. Nothing in the city centre is more than a few mins walk.

A unique woodland retreat in the heart of Beeston. With easy access to all the local amenities, as well as public transport. This is a studio flat above our garage (we’re a busy, friendly family who love where we live!) with its own entrance overlooking a school woodland area. Clad in wood and with a bedroom on a mezzanine floor in the trees, it’s hard to believe you’re in the centre of Beeston.
