Free parking on the doorstep. 30 second walk to stunning curved beach, promenade, off shore sculpture and links golf course. Walking distance to local amenities and church point where dolphins are sighted. From here you can explore the rest of this heritage coastline. Newcastle’s city centre is less than 30 mins drive. Alnwick castle(filming location for Harry Potter)is a 45 min drive in land.

It is ideally situated for guests to enjoy the many attractions of this historic city, including the Unesco World Heritage site of Durham Cathedral and Castle, Durham University Museums and Gardens, riverside walks and an abundance of eateries. A stones throw away from Warkworth castle where you will stumble among the local pubs, cafes and restaurants.

Sunrise Cottage is a modern and stylish 2 bedroom home. It can accomodate a family of 4 or 2 couples. There are 2 free parking bays available. There are 2 toilets and there is a washing machine. It is situated on the main road into the town. The stairs are steep and the bath/shower is deep so the property would not be recommended for anyone with mobility issues. No stagg or hen parties, no smoking and no pets.

Located in a homely residential estate, the Humsford Hideaway is within walking distance from Cramlington town centre where you can find a cinema, leisure centre, bowling alley, restaurants, parks and a large variety of shops. It is also a 5 minute drive to the local beach, or you can head North and visit Alnwick, Bamburgh, Seahouses and Beadnell within a 30/40 minute drive.
