This spacious 3 bedroom + sleep-out, 2 bathroom home sits on scenic Palm Beach canals with pool, private beach, jetty, fire-pit, and views of Burleigh Headland - all within walking distance to the beach. Main living & sleep-out have split-system A/C; 3 bedrooms have in-window A/C and ceiling fans.

Walk to Chirn Park shops, restaurants, etc Close to the Surfers Paradise and sporting venues , in walking distance to bus and five minutes drive to tram and train. Judy welcomes you to the garden flat .. you will have private access and enjoy the privacy of your own space . The pool is available for guests to use if they wish. We have two chooks and three goldfish.
