There are many local pubs and eateries & & shops and a bus stop at the end of the road for buses towards Southampton, Lyndhurst or Lymington, with links to explore the region and a short train journey will take you to Bournemouth for the beaches! There is so much to explore in the New Forest all year round and Ashurst is a great base to explore from.

This self contained guesthouse is perfect for escapes to the New Forest. Situated in the New Forest National Park 'Forest’s Edge' is great for anyone who enjoys the outdoors. Our guesthouse is very comfortable with a sofa, arm chair, king size bed, bunk bed & trundle in one room. There is a separate kitchen & separate shower room with toilet & basin. The garden is huge with lots of seating. We welcome dogs & we are close to Peppa Pig (Paultons Park) and the beach. Cats not allowed.

Southampton, Salisbury .Bournemouth all close by.

Free parking on site but if you’re travelling on public transport, Ashurst New Forest station is a 5 minute walk, and Southampton station is just 10-15 minutes in a taxi. Ashurst is home to some stunning walking routes for you to enjoy.

Beautiful Luxury Cottage in the New Forest

Rose Cottage is set within the grounds of a private estate. The New Forest National Park where the animals roam freely, is just outside of our gate. Enjoy watching deer, rabbits, birds, and an abundance of other forest wildlife visit the grounds. You will also notice that the New Forest ponies, donkeys, and pigs are regular visitors. This self-catering Luxury Cottage has all the comfort needed to enjoy a fantastic holiday within the New Forest National Park.

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

Cosy double bedroom in modern 5 Bedroom detached house, with Double bed & King size quilt and a large en-suite shower room with modern walk-in shower. The bedroom is well equipped with small wardrobe, tall bedside shelves with lamps, 26" smart tv and Mini Fridge. There are a choice of teas, coffee and fresh orange juice provided, plus a selection of cereals and fruit for breakfast all in the tall dresser, which also has trays, crockery and cutlery.
