Lugnt läge som sista huset på en återvändsgränd utan någon trafik. Plats för flera bilar på garageuppfarten. Barnvänlig trädgård med stora ytor inhägnad av häckar. Terrass med loungegrupp och matplats som har solläge större delen av dagen. Expressbussar från Hovås Nedre (6 min) med flera avgångar i timmen mot centrala Göteborg (20 min).

Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Enplansvilla i direkt anslutning till Göteborgs Golf Club. Några minuters gångväg till närmsta strand om du inte nöjer dig med den insynsskyddade poolen. Magnifik utsikt där ni kan sitta och ta ett glas rosé och se ut över golfbanan och hela vägen in till Göteborg. Huset är nyrenoverat med alla bekvämligheter som kan behövas. Två 1.60 sängar och en 2.10. Väldigt lugn och harmonisk miljö. Fina promenad/löpspår längst havet och skog i närheten.

Our little guesthouse is cosy and quite, in the end of the "street". It is simple, estetic and easy to like. The veranda gives you possibility to look at the boat passing by to Denmark and Gothenburg. If you like to get inspirated och to take long walks, this is a perfect place for You. We have a couple of restaurants on the island and help You find the best places to bath, walk and eat. Quiet and close to nature.
