Rose Hill is a 30 acre privately owned ranchette in rural Atascosa County. We offer a 500 sq ft log sided, western decor cabin that can comfortably accommodate 5 guests. The bedroom has a queen size bed. 2 sofa hide a beds in the common area, a roll away bed & a cot for additional bed arrangements. The cabin is equipped with handicap amenities inside & out & covered parking. We have mowed walking trails. It is only 30 mins. to many of the historic San Antonio attractions & 90 mins to Corpus.

Included with the listing are 80 chairs and 4 large round tables that can seat 8 people. 4 folding rectangle tables free grass parking and a day in the country. There are to fully working restrooms however there is no shower.You cannot spend the night!Cutoff time is 12 midnight. This is a 10 hour window! You choose your 10 hours.
