If you're traveling with kids, or just want to act like a kid, come play on our trampoline, soccer field or basketball court, walk the trail in the back woods, or cozy up around our fire pit.

The Nest, Charming Country Setting south of Athens

This guest suite is located above the detached three car garage across from the main house. Beautiful views of the countryside, including horses and chickens! Sanford Stadium and beautiful downtown Athens are just 14 miles north of us (a 22 minute drive). Historic Madison is 19 miles to the south of us. You are welcome to fish or kayak on our pond as well. Come stay with us! We do have a no-pet policy and a no-smoking policy. Thank you for respecting our space.

Our guesthouse was completely renovated in June 2020, complete with king sized bed, quartzite countertops and full-size sleeper sofa. LOCATION!! - it is an easy one block walk to all the wonderful restaurants, bakery, coffee shop, pubs and shopping in Five Points. Sidewalks right in front of the main house beckon you to stroll through the beautiful historic neighborhood or walk on down to UGA's campus (.6 mi). Downtown is also an easy 2 mile ride just down the road.

You'll see deer every morning and evening and maybe a famous football coach who lives nearby.

No detail has been overlooked in this cozy 330 sq. ft space. Equipped with a king size bed, kitchenette and large walk-in shower, the space resembles that of a luxurious resort-style room.
