Hallway features half bath, utility closet, & work nook. 3 bedrooms, full bath, and laundry upstairs. Sleeps 5-6, depending on your group (check bedrooms to see). Access to large fenced yard and deck included. We stock coffee and tea for guests booking in advance, and you’ll find various seasonings and staples in the cupboards.

This is a one bedroom, second story apartment located in Waverly, NY. We are centrally located, within minutes of Robert Packer Hospital & half an hour from Arnot Ogden Memorial Hospital. We are within driving distance of Sayre, Elmira, Watkins Glen, Ithaca & Binghamton. Easy access to I-81. ***Max occupancy is four guests. Anyone staying overnight must be listed in the reservation. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if occupancy exceeds four guests. Animals prohibited.***

Enjoy a peaceful sunrise/sunset from the balcony taking in the valley views. The living room can also sleep up to two additional occupants.

Our one bedroom tiny/home cabin is located amongst 2 other cabins on our small farm where you will be able to peacefully watch the farm animals, relax at the pond, or just keep to yourself. We are located approximately 7 miles from town where you can shop or go out to eat. If you prefer to do your own cooking you will have a full kitchen to make what you please. The loveseat pulls out to be able to bring an extra person.

The cabin is cozy and close to nearby attractions in the heart of the Finger Lakes region!Ithaca, Watkins Glen, Corning and so many places of interest are a close 30-45 minute drive! Many close by attractions like Farmland Animal Park, golf courses, and fine dining. The fast fiber internet creates a great place to work too! Outside offers hiking, a creek for fishing, and a fire pit too! A great place to relax and enjoy nature.

Lake Street Retreat

This cozy and clean apartment is located in Sayre. Walking distance to the hospital, restaurants, coffee shop and family dollar. An easy drive to Elmira, Binghamton, Ithaca and Watkins Glen. Apartment is above our small family owned salon/barber shop. You enter the apartment on Keystone Av and use the front door. You will proceed up the steps, a code will be provided for access. We hope to provide you with your basic needs and some extra comforts and conveniences.

Located on our 75 acre organic orchard and cidery, it is a short drive to Ithaca, Watkins Glen, Finger Lakes wineries, state parks and gorges. East on West is a peaceful, guest suite on a quiet street in the heart of Mansfield, PA. Our town is at the cross-section of Routes 15 and 6 with easy drives to beautiful Wellsboro (18 min.), Corning, NY (32 min.), Watkins Glen (55 min.), and Williamsport (45 min.). We are a few blocks from Mansfield University, coffee shops, and antique shops.
