Cabin with shared amenities and direct trail access! Located just steps from DB Motorsports and across Portage Lake from MTU, this cabin is your base for year-round adventure. You'll have access to shared spaces including a sauna, game room, and firepit. You’re also welcome to enjoy our lakeside beach, which is part of our yard. The setting is active and social—perfect for guests looking to explore the Keweenaw. We live next door and are happy to help if needed!

*Studio 15* Studio Apartment in West Hancock

This studio space is all fresh and new, located in west Hancock. Parking is easily accessible with a ground floor entryway. Downtown Hancock and Houghton are just minutes away. Located near the Hancock beach. If you aren't a camper but enjoy the day activities come and stay with all the luxuries of home. Studio size kitchen and a king size bed. We just added a heater/ air conditioner that is adjustable by the guest. The feedback has been great!

"Copper Trails" Lovely Private Rental Unit

Easy access one bedroom unit in Dollar Bay. Right on the snowmobile trail, and convenient for all of the Copper Country’s activities: snowmobiling, skiing, biking, touring historical sites, Michigan Tech, etc. Entire upstairs of a detached garage. Private entrance. Well insulated for sound and comfort. Only 3 1/2 miles to Houghton/Hancock, and close to the airport. Trailer parking available. Crib and high chair available upon request.

The Retro Roost: Walk to MTU and Downtown Houghton

- Walking distance to MTU campus, Jim's grocery store, downtown Houghton, and 20 miles of ski/bike/hike trails - Retro, cozy and private one-bed/bath unit with a kitchenette and attached garage Park in the garage and walk directly into the unit! Hosts Adam and Jana live upstairs with their family and dogs. There is a cot, and a fold out couch in addition to a queen size bed, for extra sleepers, if needed.

Large House- Near Area Attractions- Copper Ridge

Come visit the beautiful Upper Peninsula of Michigan! Copper Ridge is a large 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom house located right next to the Bill Nicholls Trail 3. The parking area is a large, pull-through style driveway with enough room to fit multiple trucks and trailers. House is located 4 miles from Houghton and 6 miles from MTU. Trail is located across the street (Allouez Street).
