The Penthouse

This modern apartment takes up the entire first floor of a 1905 historic storefront building. Just one block from downtown, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and grocery store are all within walking distance. The Great Room boasts 14-foot ceilings, fireplace, reclining sofas, billiard table and dining for 6-8. A fully stocked kitchen and laundry round out this luxurious three bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Please make sure your reservation reflects the actual number of people staying.

Welcome to my cute little Kansas getaway. This home will keep you comfortable while visiting the very special town of St. Francis. It has a very comfortable living room, a bedroom with a queen bed and large closet, a nice little updated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the main floor. A 2nd bedroom with 2 full size beds and a washer/dryer are on the lower level. This home is only one block away from Main Street shopping, coffee, dining, a movie theatre, and a world-class Motorcycle museum.

It is furnished with a double bed and futon on the lower level and a twin bed in the loft. The loft is accessible via a pull-down ladder. A mini-fridge, Keurig, and microwave available. No wifi or TV, a playground nearby, three blocks from a small grocery store that serves meals, but the days and times vary with the seasons.
