Gerne würde ich Euch in meiner stylischen und hellen Ferinwohnung im 1.OG, in die ich viel Herzblut gesteckt habe, begrüßen. Es gibt 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer mit je einem großen Bett, plus eine Schlafcouch und ein Gästebett im Wohnzimmer. 1 großes Bad - Dusche +Badewanne, sowie einen Ess- und Arbeitsbereich. Bitte beachten : keine Küche . Küche befindet sich aktuell in Bau. Kaffee+Tee ist gratis. Kühlschrank , Mikrowelle ,Kaffee- Wasserkocher , 2 Baby Reisebetten inklusive Bettwäsche vorhanden.

It is your home away from home, with its own history and character, offering a calm retreat or a base between Karlsruhe and Strasbourg for exploring the Rhine Valley, Black Forest, and the Vosges. It’s a short 5-minute walk to the village bakeries for morning bread and 10 min to the lake & beach. Whether you are visiting as a couple, family or a group of ten, we hope you find it as welcoming and peaceful as we do.

Mit einer großen möblierten Terrasse. Privater Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Mit der Bahn oder Bus sind sie in 30 Minuten im Zentrum KA. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es ist 1 Zimmer Apartment. Ruhig gelegen, mit eigenem Eingang. Keine direkten Nachbarn, sie stören keinen. Sauberkeit steht an erster Stelle! Welcome :-)

Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

In Rheinstetten close to Karlsruhe. key compartment, free parking on the street. Garage for bycicles or bikes.

Neben einer hochwertigen Vollausstattung verfügt die Wohnung über eine große Sonnenterrasse im blickgeschützten Garten. Das Apartment ist exklusiv ausgestattet und eignet sich perfekt sowohl zum ausspannen als auch als Ausgangsort, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten der näheren und weiteren Umgebung zu erkunden.

"Especially now, just get out of the city and into the countryside." The apartment is located on the top floor of a completely renovated house dating back to 1745. Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

Venez vous ressourcer dans notre cabane perchée (non accessible aux personnes à mobilités réduites, échelle de meunier) avec vue sur nos chèvres miniatures, nos minis ânes, nos minis poneys, notre cochon, déconnection totale mais avec très bonne couverture réseau (au cas où) 😀. Vous pourrez profiter d’un véritable SPA sur la terrasse de la cabane. ⚠️ La cabane n’est pas adaptée aux enfants en bas âge. À 20 min de Strasbourg, 15 min de Haguenau, 10 min de l’Allemagne.
