Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable tiny home escape without having to be off the grid! We have 3 Units on this property that are spaced to give you your own privacy. This place is a gemstone surrounded by a ton of things to do locally. The Little Elm Beach is there for nice sandy beaches. Trails for those hikers in the area. Rent a boat or go to the wake park. Bring your own food and cook out on the grill. We have access to the lake by the tiny home where you can walk down to the lake.

The Nut House is a one of a kind large Acorn suspended up amongst the trees. While staying in the worlds largest acorn you will be fully immersed in nature. You can sit on the porch and listen to the sounds of the birds and see clear creek flowing by. You will have a once in a lifetime getaway only min away from downtown Denton in one of the top 100 OMG Airbnb winners. You will have a private 15 acres of land to explore with a lot of space for outdoor activities. (ie:fishing, hiking, campfires)

Within walking distance to all the shopping and dining that the historic downtown Square has to offer as well as to the University of North Texas and Texas Women's University, our place is bright and peaceful with two separate bedrooms, a full bathroom with tub and shower, a game room, full kitchen, laundry room, backyard with fire pit, and the quintessential Denton front porch to just sit on and watch the world go by.

Randy's Retreat with pool and hot tub!!

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!

After entering you encounter an open floor plan home kitchen, dining and living room ares. The kitchen is well appointed with brand new appliances and all of the necessary accoutrements to prepare a meal during your stay. The home comes equipped with reliable wifi and everything that you need to sleep in comfort.
