Lovely villa close to Ponsonby Rd and City. Light filled, sunny room, moved from another property in Freemans Bay(see reviews) so know and love the area. A perfect spot for exploring the city, and catching the ferries to Waiheke Island and Devonport also a good setting off point to visit other parts of New Zealand. All the Restaurants and Bars of Ponsonby Rd five minutes walk away also public transport to Town and the Wynyard Quarter. We are a friendly relaxed couple who enjoy meeting people.

This location is also convenient for the shops and restaurants in Parnell. In addition, Auckland University, Spark Arena, and Auckland Museum are within easy reach.
