The house is seating on waterfront side of driveway, which shared by other four houses, we living in another house down the driveway, can assist in mins if needed. Welcome to our beautiful home, tucked away in a hidden pocket of Takapuna. Surrounded by native trees and birdsong, you might forget you’re still in the city! We have two generous queen bedrooms, plus a third bedroom available upon request. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxing break any time of the year. In the summer take a short stroll to the beach or relax with a book under the trees in the garden. In the winter cozy up with a cuppa in front of the fire and watch a movie on the projector.

It's a short walk to the supermarket at Pt Chev shopping centre , and an easy walk to the Zoo, Motat and Western Springs Park. Not far to lovely little Pt Chev beach.

The Big House

The Big House is an original farmhouse in the hills overlooking the Clevedon valley. it was built in the 80’s. A sturdy brick home with the bricks originally from the Newmarket railroad crossroads. The kitchen is still the original french country style with a butchers block and a lovely sunny aspect. A very spacious living room with another dining table and open fire is a great chill zone. Four bedrooms with comfortable beds and pull out additions when the numbers are over eight.

There is phone reception but not the greatest signal so if you are wanting to chill out with a movie please download on your own device and bring with you otherwise sit back and enjoy the sounds of the Wild West coast.
