This bach is a great spot with jetty by the water. 3 bedroom completely renovated in 2022 with a new kitchen and disabled bathroom. 3 queen beds, plus 3 single mattresses on the lounge floor can accommodate up to 9 people. Harbour and small beach across the road. Within 2 hours of high tide you can access Whangateau harbour right off the deck. 2 neighbouring properties (listed as "A Kiwi Classic") mean you can be together or separate for family groups of up to 20 or more.

Waterview is a friendly neighbourhood with a diverse mix of people. 1km from SH16, 20km drive (btwn 30-40min drive) to airport but only 10min drive to the city. There is a bus stop less than 20 metres away and short Uber to Ponsonby - in fact I often walk there in 60mins. There is a bush walk directly across the road that has a waterfall. We are also on one of the main cycleways to the city and further west. A 96sqm (1033 sqft) home with outdoor living, including dining of 52sqm
