Donat is a farmer village with approx. 260 inhabitants. Away from mass tourism but with a long history of hospitality you can meet the locals and their lifestyles and get around by foot, bus or car. The apartment is situated at the entrance of the village and close to the bus stop. If you’re in for a hike or sledging just step out of the door and start walking, the overwhelming nature Naturpark Beverin reveals right in front of you. Skiing-areas: Splügen, Avers, Heinzerberg, (20-45min).

Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der ruhigen Lage mit der direkten, schönen Aussicht auf den Hinterrhein und die Berglandschaft. The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Sulla cima di una collina, circondata da vigneti e coltivazioni , si erge il fienile di "Torre Scilano", luogo incantevole, situato lungo la via "Bregaglia" , il cui sfondo sono le cascate dell'Acquafraggia. Sito non solo naturale, ma anche storico-archeologico , in quanto il fienile sorge sui resti dell'antica Piuro, fiorente città sepolta da una frana nel settembre 1618. Questa particolare costruzione storica è legata strettamente al territorio agricolo-colturale.

Baita dell'Est e' ubicata a Possabella, frazione di Mese a soli 5 km dalla bellissima Chiavenna,alle porte della Valle Spluga e Val Bregaglia a soli 50km da St Moritz e 40 dal Lago di Como. Circondata da sentieri escursionistici e piste ciclabili,ad un'altezza di 700m,con una vista mozzafiato verso Sud-Est e' il luogo di partenza ideale per scoprire la Val Chiavenna o semplicemente per rilassarsi circondati dal silenzio della natura che in questi posti fa da sovrana.

Welcome in our lovely flat inside a 18th century Castle. We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to a very nice Spa. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

The most common compliment heard among our summer guests is, "This is paradise!". So inviting on a hot summer day, the infinity pool is just outside the door and the pleasant sound of water spilling over the edge is soothing and restful. The quiet, luxuriously green countryside is perfect for short walks to the nearby picturesque villages of Livo and Naro and long walks climbing the beautiful mountainous area we live in.

Die Unterkunft liegt an erhöhter, sonniger Lage in der Gemeinde Sufers, ist sehr ruhig gelegen mit einem sehr schönen Sitzplatz mit Blick in die Berge und auf den See. Die Wohnung bietet Unterkunft für vier Personen, zwei im Schlafzimmer, zwei im Wohnzimmer. Im Dorf bestehen Einkaufssmöglichkeiten im Primo-Laden und in der Sennerei. Auf Wunsch kann auch das Frühstück bebucht werden, Bedingungen anfragen.

Hostel to the little gorge

In springtime 2016 we bought that 300 year old house and renovated it until the end of the year. It's one of the oldest houses in Sufers. It's a great pleasure to us to be able to offer you now the new furnished 3-rooms apartment. Our house is right at the river bank of a rushin mountain stream. On one side of the house you feel like beeing somewhere in nature, on the other side you are in the village.
