The Tower

The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. A unique, cosy apartment set in a quiet location just 15 minute walk from the popular town of Bawtry. This is newly renovated and has its own entrance, outside patio area and hot tub. There’s under floor heating throughout, ensuring it’s always cosy and a brand new shower in the bathroom. The main room has a sofa bed, with a memory foam topper to ensure a good nights sleep, seating and TV mounted on the wall. There’s WI-FI and two great pubs a five minute walk away. It’s an attached property.

The Coach House is the beautifully converted annex of ‘The Old Rectory’; a very handsome Grade II listed seven-bedroom period home built by the son of the 1st Duke of Leeds back in 1720, in the pretty village of Harthill. It offers the perfect location to explore Sheffield and the surrounding Peak District, conveniently situated close to the M1 (Junction 30) and A57. The bright and spacious living area comprises a kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms and has off road parking for two cars.
