MARCH-APRIL DAILY. Medicine Hill is a 136 acre farm on the Sandy River complete with a swimming hole and an entire island to explore. We grow vegetables, herbs & flowers. Our animals include sheep, chickens & rabbits. You will have full access to all areas of the farm! Spend time fishing or relaxing on the river. Or literally just sitting on the porch unwinding and taking it all in. 4 private bedrooms have stunning views surrounded by trees or fields. And if the Chef is available..EAT!!!

The Spruce Moose

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The Spruce Moose is a quintessential Maine cabin, built in 1950. It has a perfect mix of both nostalgic and modern amenities to make your vacation both memorable and comfortable. The sandy, shallow water surrounding the dock is a safe space for kids to wade and splash, while our collection of kayaks, a canoe, and paddleboard, offer opportunities to explore the lake. Renovated circa 1920 carriage house in a quaint New England college town. Eight-minute walk to busy downtown with restaurants, bars, shops, and grocery store. Elegant contemporary style. Open concept downstairs with sofa, daybed (napping in the sun!), and chef-designed kitchen. Second level with two queen beds and small balcony. Adjoins miles of walking trails and forest, full of wildlife. Less than 5-minute drive to a 1.5 mile running trail along the Sandy River, with refreshing swimming.

If you decide to venture away from the cabin, Rangeley's Saddleback Mt & Sugarloaf USA are both 35 miles away & the college town of Farmington is just 15 minutes south. Our cell service is terrific, but there's no tv or wifi...come to the woods & unplug!

New, bright and comfortable, this secluded cottage is conveniently located just 40 minutes from Sugarloaf, 50 minutes from Saddleback and 10 minutes to downtown Farmington. Feel free to walk, fat bike or x-country ski on nearly 4 miles of groomed private trails located just outside your front door! Contains a full kitchen for meal prep, as well as high speed internet, and climate control.

(No cable.) Washer/Dryer with detergent available. Great place to stay for exploring Maine or a visit with your family and friends and most of all making memories! ❤️🫎

Camp Bai Yuka/Little Camp (Log Cabin on Webb Lake)

Enjoy your stay on the banks of Webb Lake in our 2019 hand-crafted log cabin. This cabin is 35 ft from the high water mark and has views of the lake from all three bedrooms. This rental has access to a private beach ( 200 ft) and is in a secluded cove on the lake. For travelers unfamiliar with Weld, Maine, Weld is nested in the heart of the western mountains of Maine. Hiking Tumbledown and Mt Blue are only the beginning of the recreational opportunities.

The Milkhouse Cottage

A beautiful and cozy little getaway/retreat. Look over the Sandy River towards the Narrow-Gauge Railroad or go down for a dip during the warmer months. Snowshoeing, Walking and hiking trails nearby as well as 2 ski mountain options (Sugarloaf and Saddleback) both about 25 miles away. Local grocery store, restaurant choices nearby, pizza and sandwich shops, local park and much more! This is 4 season area depending on what you enjoy for activities!
