The Studio, Kilmington

Homely private studio room with ensuite, sitting area and kitchen. This lovely bright room above our detached double garage is separate to the main house giving greater privacy and relaxation. We will provide tea and coffee amenities, breakfast items and fresh linen. The property is set in the sought after village of Kimington in East Devon on the border of Dorset. The village itself has two pubs, a garage and Miller's Farm Shop. It also backs onto Shute woods with numerous walking trails.

Colyton is a short drive to some of the best beaches on the famous Jurassic Coast.

The ground floor is open plan with double doors opening onto a walled and gated south facing patio and lawn with table, chairs and parasol.

The cottage is simply furnished - 2 bedrooms, (second at top of stairs) WC, kitchen & lounge. Guest parking with private, walled garden.

Various wildlife and lifestock are frequent visitors of the cabin including our resident heron. Enjoy a drink on the sun deck and watch the sunset over the fields from the hot tub.

Musbury is found in East Devon and a designated ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty'. The barn is located at the foot of Musbury Castle and on the East Devon Way. The barn is a 16th Century former dairy, 3 miles from Seaton and Axminister 7 miles from Lyme Regis. The barn has 2 bedrooms one shower room and a lounge/kitchen. Outside there is a private terrace with Pizza oven, BBQ and outdoor dining and living area.
