Rosemary's is a hidden gem, peaceful courtyard setting close to beach Its perfect central location only minuets from the shops, restaurants & the beach makes this property a superb family getaway. The property benefits from 3 bedrooms, family bathroom, ensuite bathroom to master bedroom and downstairs cloakroom. The property has a very spacious kitchen and lounge\dining areas, with a safe small enclosed courtyard garden for outside dinning. The property has parking within the courtyard area.

There are wonderful woodland walks and access to the Southwest Coast Path and a ‘Secret’ private beach! The ground floor is open plan with double doors opening onto a walled and gated south facing patio and lawn with table, chairs and parasol.

A grade 2 listed 5-star converted granary. Bright and airy, with upstairs sitting room and kitchenette, with feature oak beams. Views of the historic courtyard and the Axe River valley. Downstairs is a large double bedroom, on-suite shower room, and built-in washing machine. A sunny area outside for relaxing with coffee or wine. 5 minutes drive to the beach and cliffs at Seaton, 10 minutes to the fishing village of Beer, 10 minutes to Sidmouth, and to Lyme Regis. Close to pubs and restaurants.

‘Curlew' is on East beach in the lovely Devon village of Branscombe. It has a unique position right on the beach on a raised elevation, throw open the balcony doors and you are looking out onto the ever changing sea and stunning coastline which is a World Heritage site and area of outstanding natural beauty. Two fine pubs supplying excellent food and locally brewed ales in the village and amazing cliff path walks East or West. Now a bookable sauna on the beach and free parking can be arranged

The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

Heather Hideaway is a cosy annexe. It’s completely self-contained, with its own private entrance. No shared spaces. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with a convenience store 200m away. Seaton wetlands can be easily accessed on foot in minutes. Seaton town centre and beach are approximately 1 mile away, along with Seaton Tramway where you can enjoy a ride along the Axe estuary. The shingle beach with promenade is a mile long, with easy access to the Southwest coast path.

The Annexe, Seaton - home from home accommodation

This beautifully presented property has outstanding views of the sea and the Axe valley and is perfect for a holiday base to visit Seaton, Beer and the surrounding area. PLEASE NOTE:- the price per night now includes Airbnb customer charge per night. Previously this was added on when booking. The annexe is adjoined to the owners' main property, and is totally self contained. It is situated on a private road on the west side of Seaton just off the South West coast path.

The Old Post Office Cottage on the Jurassic Coast

Cosy cottage in a lovely village close to Seaton, Sidmouth and Lyme Regis. Great for all year visits as we have underfloor heating downstairs and radiators in every bedroom. Well equipped for self catering but there are two great pubs in the village. Enclosed rear garden for al fresco dining and relaxing. Free, unrestricted parking outside on the road for easy access to the cottage. Large, walk in shower room with Faith in Nature shampoo and shower gel.
