This spacious studio, Villa Cozy, is our newest addition on the property. It has its own entrance and sun deck with a cozy sitting area (private) with direct access to the shared pool. This is a very Cozy, Clean, and Modern place. There is a hot shower. We have a large gazebo with dining table and a grill. It’s located in the middle of the island area Paradera. 7 Minutes from the airport 10 Minutes from Downtown and 12 Minutes from the high rise. There are small supermarkets nearby. We have the option to rent a car with free airport pick up. The place has a beautiful salt water pool with a waterfall that will be cleaned professional twice a week.

Large supermarket and mall within 10 minutes walking distance. The studio has a European (larger than american) queen size bed, full closet, 2 chairs, table, tv 44 inches 4k High Definition with 200 channels plus and NetFlix, bedlinen and towels, soap, hair dryer and courtesy shampoo. Outside barbecue set also is a plus.
