A charming 2 BR/1 Bath bamboo cottage with direct access to the beach and pool. It’s a relaxed, seaside escape where a few friendly resident dogs call the property home. They roam the grounds and may occasionally say hello, adding a lived‑in, homey feel to the space. If you don’t enjoy being around dogs or prefer a pet‑free environment, this is likely not the best fit for you. Only 950 meters from the highway, we are nextdoor to Liquid Dumaguete Resort. Our home is about 4 km to Valencia town proper and 10–15 km to Casaroro Falls and Pulang-bato Falls. We’re also around 10 km from Dauin, known for excellent diving and as the jump-off point to Apo Island for turtle and reef snorkeling. For convenience, a sedan is available for guest rental at Php900/day, with discounts for weekly or monthly stays.
