Walking distance to downtown, festivals, restaurants, brewery, beach, grocery store, marina and short drive to Port Austin with many beaches on the way. The dining area opens to a finished garage which serves as a covered patio that leads to a paver patio. 2 downstairs bedrooms have queen size beds, 1 bedroom upstairs has a king and a twin, and the open area upstairs has 2 queens for plenty of sleeping area.
