The hotel is situated right across from the ski slope, with views of the Stubnerkogel cable car and the ski area from the balcony. The Felsentherme spa is just 300 m away, and the train station only 350 m. Please note: a tourist tax of €4.50 per adult, per day is mandatory and must be paid in cash upon arrival or departure.

The guesthouse is located in Salzburg Tennengau, in the Dachstein West ski region, a region appreciated by tourists both in winter and summer. 200m from the guesthouse we have the Neubachtalloipe cross-country skiing track in Lungötz, 10 km long and illuminated at night. 5 minutes by car is the Dachstein West ski lift, with 170 km of fantastically groomed slopes and 70 modern lifts.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mitten im Schigebiet Saalbach-Hinterglemm und Zell am See. Das Gästehaus bietet Platz für 11 Personen in 2 Appartments. Jedes Appartment bietet eine Küche, eine Dusche sowie ein WC. Ein Abstellraum im Untergeschoß bietet Platz für Ski oder Fahrräder, weiters gibt es ausreichende Parkplätze. Das Gästehaus wurde 2025 neu renoviert und gemütlich eingerichtet.
