The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. Die Ski direkt vor der Haustüre anschnallen und zum Lift fahren, damit zu allen Abfahrten bis auf fast 2000m. Auch im Sommer bietet die Wohnung die perfekte Ausgangslage für Wanderungen und Ausflüge in den Nockbergen und zu den nahegelegenen Seen (Feld am See, Millstättersee).

Gäste, die gerne zum Wintersport kommen möchten, erreichen den nächsten Schilift in ein paar Gehminuten (10 Minuten)! Es gibt auch sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten (mit dem Auto erreichbar), Thermalbäder, Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe.
