In the large living room you can relax on one of the three sofas with a good movie (large TV with cable TV and Netflix) or via the Internet (WLAN) plan your next trips. If you like to cook, this is easy in the fully equipped kitchen. From the stove to the coffee maker, everything is there to serve a magical meal in the dining area or on the balcony. The beds are made for arrival and towels are ready for you The new apartment is located in the 2ndFloor to which you can take the elevator or the stairs. In the city center, the main train station or the Rupertus Therme you can easily go by city bus (which is free with the guest card, by the way). The bus stop is just a minute away. By bus or train you can get to the city center of Salzburg without traffic or parking problems. Free parking is right in front of the house. Directly from the house there are also numerous hiking possibilities. You are in 2 minutes in nature. Dogs and children are welcome. We are happy to provide you with a cot. Basically, the minimum rental period is 3 days, but if of course times less going on, or if times between bookings are free, then of course it is also for one or two nights. Die Therme erreichen Sie in nur 4, das Stadtzentrum in etwa 7 Min. Falls Sie vor dem Check-in oder nach dem Check-out anreisen, können Sie Ihr Gepäck auf eigene Verantwortung bei uns im geschützten Kellerabgang abstellen.

Welcome to our vacation apartment for up to 3 people (or 2 adults with up to 2 children). Small dogs are allowed. The apartment is within walking distance of the Rupertustherme and the city center (10 to 15 minutes). Thanks to the central location, you can quickly reach a supermarket with butcher and baker and a NORMA and Penny store. Bus stops are within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance for the whole city area, to the Thumsee, to Inzell, Berchtesgaden, Salzburg.

Die etwa 90 qm große Unterkunft liegt im ersten Stock eines 2-Familienhauses mit separatem Eingang. Zu Verfügung steht ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, sowie ein separates Zimmer mit etwas kleinerem Doppelbett (160x200 cm). Des Weiteren befindet sich in der Wohnung eine voll funktionsfähige Küche, sowie eine Waschmaschine. Wir freuen uns immer wieder neue Gäste willkommen zu heißen. Auch Biker sind hier herzlich willkommen!
