Inside you'll find a king bedroom, a bunk room with two twin-over-full bunks, a full bath, and a stocked kitchen. Large windows fill the space with natural light. The Bear Cub Aframe

We have a beautiful built 1000 sq ft Aframe! Recently installed a 100 inch theater system in the livingroom! Cabin is in Lakes of the North, which offers a perfect getaway for the outdoorsman. Side by Side trails! We offer 2 kayaks to use (must transport) cornhole boards & bags, trail riding your UTV/ORV, hiking, rafting at Jordan Valley Outfitter, snowmobiling. & many fine dining restaurants, several ski resorts and short day trips! Additionally, a 90 jet hottub for ultimate relaxation!

Water Front Home!! This 1280 sq ft home is located 50’ off of Otsego Lake with 50’ of water frontage. You can sit on the front deck and watch the beautiful sunsets or around the fire pit located on the grassy area near the water. There is a dock for a boat, jet ski or to fish off of. The home is located just minutes off of I-75 and close to restaurants/ bars and a quick drive to downtown. Located next to the main bike trail that can take you into downtown or to the south end of the lake.

The Painted Turtle Cottage

Cozy cottage close to everything, Winter - next to trail 7/4 for snowmobiling, hiking, skiing. Summer direct access to canal on Otsego lake, golf, hiking, biking, beaches, etc. Minutes from downtown Gaylord, State & County parks. Located on a dead end street, very quite beautiful neighborhood. Great restaurants, entertainment and good times close by. One hour drive to Mackinaw City, 45 minutes to Traverse City, 30 minutes to Boyne and Jordan Valley for awesome fall colors.

Cozy Cottage on Five Lakes. Close to the expressway , snowmobile trails and downtown Gaylord. Fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, high speed internet and a smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows or just watch Netflix . Bring your kayaks and your fishing poles - nice deck to watch the sunset. Dogs are welcome for an additional one time fee of $35.00. There is no fence and because this house is on the lake dogs and children must be watched at all times.

This three bedroom, two bathroom house is close to trail heads, Otsego lake and the town of Gaylord. there is plenty to do here all year long. It has a two car garage and lots of parking available for extra cars, bikes, snowmobiles, etc. The house has a big kitchen and dining area that is great for family and entertaining.
