Our property is located in a secluded neighborhood & is 1 of 3 houses overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The view of the ocean is breath taking. Our property has a spacious outdoor deck set beside a massive Australian pine. There are hammocks & outdoor seating. The studio is 1 of 3 apartments on our property. They are located on the large deck with and are fully equipped for 2 guests. A car is a must, we are not walking distance to the beach. The beach is a 5 min drive down the hill.

This is a studio on a cliff with a spectacular view facing mangroves, Middlesex and Poza El Teodoro beaches and the Atlantic Ocean. Each studio has Smart TV internet, private bathroom, kitchenette microwave, electric coffee maker, small refrigerator, queen size bed, side table, futon (convertible to twin size bed), AC and a balcony with ocean view. The common areas for the studios are a pool, gazebo, sitting area by the pool and they all have ocean view. Pets are not allowed.

On the first floor there is a living room with a sofa, ceiling fan, AC, flat screen tv as well as a small fold out ottoman bed suitable for a child or small adult. There is a fully equipped kitchen with eating area as well. There is a custom stair case leading to the second floor. Here is the bedroom with a king bed, egg chair, ceiling fan, AC, closet, safe and en-suite bathroom with LED mirror. There are 2 beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, and cooler…enjoy!

This is a surfing and kite surfing area and one of the most famous spots for this activity is right in front of the house!!!
