This bright, airy 2nd-floor studio condo sits in a peaceful Cape Neddick setting (on the Ogunquit line), just a 5-minute walk to Perkins Cove. The cozy unit features a separate kitchenette (sink, mini fridge, microwave, convection toaster oven, induction cooktop), a combined sitting/sleeping area, and bathroom with stand-up shower. A Keurig coffee maker is provided for your convenience. We supply a couple of K-Cups to get you started—please bring your favorites to enjoy during your stay!

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. Quiet, serene setting, but close to everything - beach, shops, restaurants, nightlife, galleries, museums.

Get away from the stress and enjoy this lake front lower unit apartment tucked in a serene nature environment. A short bike ride ride to Short Sand, Long Sands beaches and the Nubble light House. Just minutes from waterfront dining and shopping at Perkins Cove and Village of Ogunquit. After a long day at the beach relax on the covered patio watching the ducks and geese on the lake while the squirrels and chipmunks run abound. Listen to the wide variety of birds singing.

Also conveniently located within 3 miles of York Beach, Ogunquit, Cape Neddick Golf Course, and the Cliff House Resort. Cape Neddick has it all: coastal cliffs, a sandy beach, a scenic river, hiking trails, and fine dining.

Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.
