Eastmost Cottage is in a wonderful position on the edge of the historic village of Falkland. It's a short walk from the fine Renaissance Falkland Palace, the heart of the medieval village with its independent shops, cafes restaurants and pub. There is great walking in the Lomond hills, accessible on foot. The wonderful Covenanter has great food all day; the Hayloft and Pillars of Hercules are lovely cafes. The Stag is a lovely bistro (our fav). Fine dining at the Boar's Head in Auchtermuchty.

Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Make your trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, its Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. Fordell loft is a cosy Scottish studio in the kingdom of Fife, surrounded by country veiws and walks. Free private parking beside loft in courtyard . Ten minutes east of Dunfermline , Ten minutes from Aberdour coastal path .Motorway route M90 and A92 close . St Andrews 45 minutes by car .Bus service is 10 minutes walk to crossgates . Park and ride at Halbeath provides excellent links throughout scotland , Edinburgh city centre and Edinburgh airport are roughly thirty minutes away by car x

Log Cabin in Auchtertool.

The Log Cabin is situated in 3 acres of garden, shared only with our own house. Guests are welcome to make use of the garden. The Cabin sleeps five people and we have a travel cot if required. There is one large bedroom with two kingsize and one single beds. The Cabin does not have TV or wifi, however it does have an excellent 4G signal. We welcome well behaved pets, up to a maximum of two small dogs or one large dog, even a cat. We ask guests who bring pets to vacuum before they leave.

Hillside Well Cottage is a family run 4 bedroom cottage set in a beautiful, peaceful location in the Perthshire countryside, with spectacular views of the Lomond Hills bordering Fife. It is centrally situated, and a perfect base for visiting many places of interest including Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, Pitlochry, Gleneagles, St Andrews, Perth and Dundee. Also, locally, the East Neuk, Falkland and Kinross on the banks of lovely Loch Leven offer many attractions and are well worth a visit.

Dating back to the 1700s, this tiny house had sat empty for over 50 years until George (Heather's son) invested his life savings to completely renovate it to a high standard, while retaining the original character of the building. Sitting below Bishop Hill in the picturesque village of Kinnesswood (2023 joint winner of Britain in Bloom's 'Village' category!), the tiny house is surrounded by breathtaking views, fantastic walks, and an abundance of local farm shops, cafes, and restaurants.
