Its location gives you the opportunity to stroll and wonder around the Old Town, go sightseeing, take a culinary voyage - drink wine in Toompea and enjoy dessert in Neitsitorn, explore museums, theatre, music, architecture, culture, nightlife and much more to spend quality time in this historic city.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and somewhat centrally-located well appointed cozy studio apartment where you also will enjoy the private outdoor patio. A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️

Studio im Herzen der Lübecker Altstadt

Das Gästezimmer liegt im hinteren Seitenflügel des Altstadthauses in einer ruhigen Gasse. Im unteren Bereich des offenen Studios lädt ein (Schlaf-)Sofa zum Verweilen ein, eine Küchenzeile bietet Raum zum Genießen kleiner Mahlzeiten. Eine schmale Wendeltreppe führt in den Schlafbereich unterm Dach, in dem ein kuscheliges Doppelbett zur Verfügung steht, direkt dahinter gelangt man in das kleine, moderne Bad. Eine gemütliche Alkove über dem Bad bietet eine weitere Schlafmöglichkeit für Sportliche.

Old city/Altstadt Stralsund near Harbor/City Hall

This "penthouse" apartment is located in one of the prettiest corners of the old city center of the historic Hanse city of Stralsund (and UNESCO World Heritage site). It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. The sun-drenched apartment is two blocks from the harbor & Oceaneum to the east and, city hall/old market square to the west. Diese Maisonette Wohnung ist mitten in der Stralsunder Altstadt.

City center apartment in a historic spirit factory

Our cozy apartment is located in the very heart of Tallinn in a renovated old spirit factory, built in 1888. It offers something for everyone from every direction. Across the street starts the old town. Top 50 restaurants and cafes are located in the stretch of the same building. Behind the building starts the Rotermanni quarter where you can do shopping. The harbour and seaside is 5 min walk. My place is perfect for both from solo adventurers to small families with kids. Free parking.

En ljus vindsvåning i eget hus med en härlig utsikt över Västra Nedsjön. Vindsvåningen har ett lantligt läge med närhet både till Göteborg och Borås. Området har många utflyktsmöjligheter som ex Liseberg, Universeum, Textilmuseet och fina turer i Göteborgs skärgård. I närområdet finns badsjöar, fina promenad- och löpstigar, möjlighet till fiske, bär och svampplockning. Egen toalett och dusch i våningen. Industrial-arkkitehtuuri luo asumiselle oman spesiaalitunnelman, jota ei perinteisissä asunnoissa ole. Tunnelman aistii heti astuessa sisälle rakennukseen. Rauta- ja betonipalkit sekä kiva tunnelma ovat läsnä myös itse asunnossa. Pysäköinti ilmainen alueella.

Die Gästewohnung liegt im Hansaviertel Nähe S-Bahnhof Parkstraße (nach Warnemünde 20 min). Es ist eine ruhige, sehr grüne Wohngegend mit ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. In der Nähe befinden sich der Barnstorfer Wald und der Lindenpark. Die meisten Fakultäts Gebäude der Uni Rostock fußläufig erreichbar! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ausreichend und zum Szene-Stadtteil KTV sind es zu Fuß 10min.

Freut Euch auf einen Lieblingsort mit ausreichend Platz für die ganze Familie, einen kleinen Garten, großartige Ausflugsziele und eine gute Zeit auf der Insel Rügen.

Our apartment is located on the 3th floor of a new house, a 15-minute walk from the old town with its main attractions and a variety of cafes and restaurants. Designing the place we tried to use wood, natural materials and living plants to create a cozy and eco-friendly atmosphere.
