My wife and I bought this house at a sheriff sale. We didn’t buy it with our brain, we bought it with our heart. “How stupid was that” We couldn’t continue to watch this unique house continue its march toward too far gone to fix. It’s way to big for us to live in so. Please enjoy your stay and we hope you can find it in your heart to give us a good review. If you can’t, please let us know what we could do better.

The Ledges Cabin at Blue Valley

The Ledges Cabin is a luxury stay that sits on 35 wooded acres filled with sandstone cliffs, caves, flora, and fauna. It has three bedrooms and a pull out couch, a full kitchen, a wood-burning stove, and massive windows with a great view of the Ledges. It also has an eight-seat hot tub, a large deck, firepit, plenty of hiking with beautiful rock outcroppings, and a creek that runs through the middle of the property.

Relax and have fun with the whole family or group at this peaceful cottage within a five-minute walk to the lake, beach, marina/boat launch, 4.1-mile lakeside path, bars, and restaurants. Spend time playing air hockey or ping pong in the front room off of the living room, soak in the hot tub, relax by the gas or wood fire pits, play yard games, or grill, and eat in the covered gazebo.
