The ground floor of the property consists of lounge/diner with table that sits 5. There’s an L-shaped sofa that converts into a double bed and 42” LCD. Kitchen consists of microwave, kettle, fridge, single plug in induction ring and toaster and all the essentials you need. The ground floor has underfloor heating so it’s cosy warm. Upstairs is a king size bed, large bedroom, fantastic walk-in shower, smaller sofa bed and area to hang your stuff up. There’s even space for your four legged friend.

A self contained Annexe

We live in a beautiful village with many countryside walks to choose from. We have Aston potteries shop and cafe within a 5 minute walk which does the most delicious lunches/cakes. We’re just a stones throw away from Witney town centre which boasts many eateries and plenty of high street shops. Our annexe is attached to the side of our home above a double garage, it has velux windows which gives a nice lighting. The room is spacious with a good size en-suite and it’s own entrance.

The Crofts Studio (Central Location)

The Crofts Studio is very "bijou"...a lovely small but perfectly formed annexe, with its own entrance and off street parking. We have a standard double bed, very comfortable for a solo traveller and cosy for a couple... Our place is complete with en-suite shower room (with washing machine and dryer) and a compact kitchenette area with breakfast bar and stools…. We are very central with close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds

Jeremy Clarkson's new pub (The Farmer's Dog) is a 6-minute drive away and the towns of Cheltenham, Banbury, and Swindon are all within a 40-minute drive. Our guest cottage is neatly tucked away in a quiet, secluded part of the historic village of Langford, well known for its medieval Church and highly popular Public House, The Bell Inn. Situated near Lechlade upon Thames, Burford, Bibury, The Cotswold Wildlife Park and many more popular Cotswold attractions, the cottage is in an ideal base location to discover. It is also centrally situated near three beautiful wedding venues; Oxleaze Barn, Friars Court and Caswell House.

A spacious one bedroom annexe with its own kitchen and shower room. Accessed via its own door (mind your head!) a small entrance hall leads into a kitchen area, a shower room and on into a large south facing bedroom with high ceilings and large windows overlooking the front lawn of the main house. Relax on the comfy sofa or enjoy your meals at the dining table. Fully equipped for short or longer stays. A 20 minute walk across the fields to The Farmer's Dog pub.

Set in the heart of the Cotswolds in the Windrush Valley, our guest house is set at the end of the garden and perfect for those wanting a short escape. The guest house is a newly converted, beautiful stone cottage, with an open plan living space, fully stocked kitchen and king bed or twin beds with ensuite bathroom. There are wonderful walks and cycling right on our doorstep.
