The self catering cottage is situated in a semi rural location in around 2 acres of land. It sits next to a working Apiary so plenty of opportunity to see honeybees in action. The house has 4 bedrooms, Sitting room, Dining room, Sun room, Kitchen, Bathroom, WC and a Wet room. There is ample parking at the rear of the house, and an extensive garden around the property. Twechar is situated on the Forth and Clyde canal which is used for cycling, walking and kayaking. There are many walks in and around Twechar itself for instance the Roman Fort and easy access to the Trossachs.

The pet friendly (two maximum), self contained unit is a detached annexe, internal dimensions are 6m x 4m. Set amidst beautifully Japanese gardens, it has modern amenities having been completed in May 2022. The guest house is ideally located in Central Scotland with motorway access to all areas North, South, East and West, 5 minutes drive from the location. The railway station at Falkirk High with a journey time of 20 minutes to both Glasgow and Edinburgh is a 10 minute drive.

Allanfauld Farm is a working family farm with sheep and cattle, situated along the hills of Kilsyth. The cosy and comfortable garden house is located in the beautiful farmhouse garden, surrounded by trees and sits next to a lovely glen. It is in a very handy central location for all visitor attractions and scenic areas near Glasgow, Stirling, Falkirk and Edinburgh, as well as nearby towns of Kirkintilloch and Cumbernauld. Near the Forth and Clyde canal and the John Muir Way.

The Great Hall, Dollarbeg Castle

This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.

There's 200 years of history in our cosy little cottage. Part of the original village cross and formerly ‘Bab’s Shop’, it is now a one bedroom haven. There's wonderful walks from the doorstep and it's a great base to explore the cities and sights of central Scotland. Our quiet & lovely village pub, The Swan is open Friday- Monday. It was the first community owned pub in Scotland and has recently had a major refurbishment. Be sure to book ahead, it’s popular!
