Intero piano superiore della Villa Padronale appena ristrutturata in stile tradizionale toscano.Gli alti soffitti con le travi a vista rendono il posto accogliente e perfetto per famiglie o gruppi di amici.Nella casa si trovano due grandi camini(in salotto e cucina)funzionali.Alloggio privato, non condiviso. La casa ha una ampia terrazza coperta,giardino con divani,bbq,firepit,parking privato. La piscina tra gli ulivi e i vigneti e' ideale per il relax ha un accesso privato alla zona condivisa

With attention to the smallest details, with typical furnishings, it has a wonderful canopy that favors moments of exchange, laughter and well-being, around a delicious barbecue. With exposed walls, the use of wooden beams and harmonious colors, the Casa nel bosco is a delightful townhouse, in a traditional Tuscan style, which seems straight out of a fairy tale.

Astonishing beachfront villa with private garden

In the aristocratic and secluded Tombolino estate Villa La loggia is separated from the others by a private garden which leads through an alley of elm trees and oleanders to the house. As its name says a spectacular veranda offers a large outside space. The floor is made of a patterned, in laid black marble square tiles set in bleached wooden slabs and the white wooden beams of the roof give a very outstanding colonial flavour, with wicker furnishing and large comfortable armchairs.

La vista di rara bellezza, il mare che pervade ogni ambiente, la pace ed i profumi della macchia mediterranea, fanno di questo luogo un posto magico. Attualmente la struttura, di proprietà della nostra famiglia dal 1994, é una villa indipendente di 130 mq, circondata da un parco di oltre 1.000.

Parking is private and free on site. Pets are allowed at an extra charge.
