This cosy studio loft conversion is situated on Royal Square in the centre of St Ives. It is a five minute walk to nearby beaches and just steps away from the main shopping streets and restaurants. The loft is equipped with everything you need. Kitchen, dining, living and sleeping areas and a shower room. The loft is in the top of a hotel but it is my home and completely separate. I live nearby with my partner most of the time so have decided to let it out. If you have any questions fire away :)

Quietly tucked away, the apartment is ideally situated for summer and winter breaks, and remote working. The harbour is a two minute stroll, Porthmeor and Porthminster beaches a short walk. Sorry no pets. No smoking.
