Set back from a quiet country road, 4km from the villages of Laragh and Rathdrum, 1 hr from Dublin, it is ideal for exploring this beautiful part of Ireland. Enjoy relaxing in the garden also. We are in a fantastic location- in the heart of 'the garden of Ireland' with numerous beaches, forests and mountain trails. We are located less than 1 km from the sea and the bustling main street with it's enviable selection of bars, restaurants, pubs, and cafes. We are 1.5km from Tinakilly House Hotel.

The Orchard

An Capall (meaning Horse in Irish language) is a beautifully converted Horse Lorry currently out to grass overlooking a meandering river, nestled near Glendalough in the Wicklow Mountains. Our Wooden Bedford Horse Lorry has been lovingly converted to house a King Size bed upper deck plus a single bunk. Guests have private access to our river beach, firepit & BBQ. In addition you can book a private Finnish Sauna & River Plunge experience in our converted horse box (at an extra charge).
