Guest House

The guest house is a 20 x 16 ft. studio which sits on 115 acres of woods and fields with great views just outside Brookville. It is approximately 20 yards from the main house and equipped with a queen bed, a sofa, full bath with walk in shower, and small refrigerator, toaster oven, microvave, and TV. The property has multiple walking trails and is situated approximately 5 miles from Route 80. It is also close to Cook's Forest, the Clarion River, and Punxsutawney.

White Pine Cottage has all the modern amenities you want in a location that's convenient to everything ANF, Cook Forest, Clear Creek State Park, and the Clarion River have to offer. During the winter months we highly recommend using vehicles with 4WD/AWD to access the property.
