The Dairy @ Broger's End Kangaroo Valley

'The Dairy' was one of the original dairy milking sheds in Upper Kangaroo River. This cottage has been lovingly restored and creatively transformed into luxury accommodation using reclaimed and recycled materials. A luxurious eco-haven for a peaceful escape from the everyday world! The three sets of French doors, which used to allow three cows in to be milked at once, now allow the living area to be opened to the alfresco dining area which is covered by an old wisteria vine.

The Nest is a peaceful & private self-contained space, tucked away at the back of the property, and only a 5 minute stroll into town. All ground level, the Guest Apartment has its own private entrance, and consists of two spacious areas. The main lounge room is a large open plan space with kitchenette - including tea & coffee making facilities - then a separate generous sized bedroom with Queen bed and renovated ensuite bathroom. Lyrebird Ridge Organic winery is tucked away in the quiet area known as Budgong. Set back off the road, you feel away from everything. National parks, Budgong Creek and a special view from a nearby lookout are all close by. Take time to visit our cellar door, sit around the firepit or find a quiet seat at one of the five dams. The Studio is one of two listings for accommodation. The Retreat is also on our property and shares the same building as The Studio.

While 'house' might be a stretch for this cosy studio-style room, it does have separate facilities. There's a separate "kitchenette", shower and toilet. IT HAS ONE KING SIZE BED and ONE SOFABED. The sofabed is charged at an additional $20/night. The Little House has everything you need for a short stay in The Highlands! * The property welcomes gentle, well socialised pups. The Little House backyard is also shared by my super friendly dog and ewe!
