This charming studio is situated in walking zone, in the old 16th century house and in the hart of old Baška. This is the way to feel real rhythm of life in this village. Everything is around you on a walking distance: beaches, grocery shops, coffee bars, restaurants and our private parking place too (80 m away). Studio has a small window and it's medieval architecture to blame. Of course, less daily light has some advantages during hot summer days, because apartment stay cold and comfortable.

It has a beautiful view of the sea, the harbor, the Velebit massif and the island of Prvić. The apartment is comfortably and modernly furnished and fully equipped. It has two bedrooms , a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa and a flat-screen TV, a bathroom with a shower and a terrace with a seating area. The sea and the beach are approx. 2 minutes from the apartment.
