With two spacious bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen and a bonus room/sunroom/optional 3rd bedroom, there is plenty of room to spread out. Across the street (300 ft) is Kelley's Pond which is great for kayaking, canoeing and fishing! Come sit by the fire pit or on the deck, cookout and relax!! Firewood is included but bring some kindling!

Second level guest apartment with one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, large walk-in closet and living room. Just about everything you need to feel at home. There is A/C in the bedroom and the living area is well vented and has a large ceiling fan. Two golf courses are within 3/4 of a mile, public access beach and boat ramp are within 1 mile. You will also find kayaking, bike trails, walking trails and many other Cape Cod amenities just a short drive away.

Our Cottage sits directly on White Pond tucked away on acres of private property. Our cottage offers a private beach, deck, outdoor shower, outdoor dining area all while enjoying Cape Cod. There is another cottage on this property that sleeps four if you have other guest wanting to join
