The Beach House

Here it's all about sun, sea, and salty splashes! Bohuslän offers both sea and forests. The house is a few minutes walk from the beach and the art-rich Gerlesborg School with good coffee, restaurant, and activities. At "The Beach House" you can have a quiet holiday. If you want something lively, it is not far from other Bohuslän coastal towns where bars and nightclubs are open until late! There is a guest harbour. Surfing school is offered at request by our neighbor Patrik! Welcome to us!

Located 10 km to Gekås, the biggest shopping centre in Nordic, 15 km to Åkula Bokskogar, hiking in the iconic Swedish, skiing in Isaberg & 25 km from the well known Ästad Vingaard and Spa.

A cottage with sauna, hot tube and open fire outdoors in the forest. Stuga med sauna, spabad och öppen spis utomhus. Modern nyrenoverad fastighet som håller hög standard. Fastigheten består av en huvudstuga och mindre spa-stuga med tillhörande stenlagd grillplats och spabad. Skärmtak och spalje runt grillplatsen och spabadet och stort trädäck runt omkring. Idylliskt skogsmiljö mitt i Skåne nära Ringsjön med obegränsade möjligheter för fiske, vandring, frisk luft, bad, utflykt och avkoppling.

Sommerhus 150 m fra strand/egen sauna

Slap af med familie og venner i denne bolig på en dejlig ugenert grund og på en lukket vej med kun 200 m fra den bedste strand på Nord Samsø. Huset har 1 værelse med dobbeltseng, 1 værelse med enkeltseng og sovesofa i stuen. Toilet med bad. Køkken med alt hvad du skal bruge. Stue med brændeovn. NEW BUILD 2023 - Architect-designed summerhouse close to the beach - with sauna! Quiet, spacious and secluded in a large, enclosed garden, this is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation near Copenhagen and the amazing Tisvildeleje, with many restaurants and cafes. The stairway to the beach is only about 200 meters from the house and leads to a private beach where only the homeowners (and you!) have the key, so you’ll have plenty of opportunity to enjoy the coast in peaceful surroundings.

Njut i denna juniorsvit med underbar utsikt. 35 m2 med egen dusch/wc och privat bastu. Pentry med micro, liten kyl, vattenkokare, brödrost, kokplatta, sodastream och air-fryer. Gästhuset ligger bredvid vårt eget boende. Utomhusmiljön delas. Nära Vasatorp GK och bara 15 minuter till Helsingborg city och Väla. Tillgång till stor pool, orangeri, gasolgrill och jacuzzi. I ägarens hus finns tillgång till tvätt/tork, kyl/frys och litet gym. Cyklar finns att låna. Elbilsladdare finns, sek 4/kwh.

Unique family cottage 8 min walk to the sea

Large, architect-designed cottage with 3 bedrooms and four double beds, a cozy living room, an open kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom, and a huge garden. There are multiple terraces, fruit trees,, swings, a trampoline and a grill. The small annex in the garden can be used as a shelter. The sand beach is just a short 700-meter walk away, and it is 5 km to Gilleleje and Rågeleje. Bikes can be borrowed by arrangement. The kitchen is stocked with oil, spices, coffee, and tea for your use.

Unique and private midcentury style summer get away. Savour ice cold wine by the pool with your partner or fun water games with your kids. Enjoy an evening in front of the fireplace, read a book in the cosy nook or watch a movie on the big flat screen. Recharge in the new queen size bed in the tranquille ocean blue bedroom. From your bed you can open the door to the new wooden deck and hear the birds chirp and start your day with a dive in the crystal clear pool water. (Pool opens 1 may).

Arkitekttegnet fritidshus tæt på strand og Aarhus

For vores familie er det mere end bare et hus. Det er et varmt, kærligt og afslappet kram. Et frirum fra dagligdagen og bylivets fart. Her kan vi slå ud med armene, mærke sandet mellem tæerne, høre bølgeskvulp i ørene døgnet rundt, tage på badeture og gåture ved stranden og i skoven. Det giver ro til at skrive, læse, lege, nyde og reflektere. Vi har haft huset siden 2016, og i 2023 byggede vi et helt nyt arkitekttegnet hus på grunden. Vi håber, I vil nyde det lige så meget som os.

Geniessen, lesen, kochen, gemütlich vor dem Schwedenofen sitzen, Sauna machen, fischen, wandern oder Ausflüge machen ans nahe Meer, nach Göteborg oder in den tollen Tierpark Nordens Ark. Das Haus eignet sich für Familien oder Ferien mit Freunden. Aber auch alleine oder zu zweit fühlt man sich wohl.

Dejligt sommerhus i første række med fri udsigt over kattegat og danmarks flotteste solnedgang direkte fra terassen. Huset er fuldt møbleret med fuldt funktionelt køkken inkl opvasker, og der er står en grill på terassen. Der er 4 soveplader, og derudover er der en køjeseng der kun er egnet til mindre børn. Huset kommer med både sengelinned og håndklæder. Huset ligger direkte til en skrænt, så man skal gå 5 min for at komme til stranden, som er meget børnevenlig.
