Two pubs are a short walk away one with an Indian restaurant, there is also a fish and chip restaurant. 3 pubs serving food overlooking the river are a 10-minute walk away, Frequent bus service into Bath city centre. Free on street parking available close by In Batheaston High Street or the village car park which has free 3 hour parking during the day and free overnight parking. Parking is not permitted in Potts Close Lots of local walks nearby including Solisbury Hill and Batheaston river side. I do not accept bookings on behalf of non Airbnb members . Cosy and comfortable, it has a fully equipped kitchen and an open plan living area with a luxury king size bed. It is within walking distance of the historic city of Bath with its spa, theatre, restaurants and other attractions. A cycleway is nearby which gives access to lovely local rides and walks. Sorry, no smoking and no pets.

A lovely light and peaceful barn set in the countryside just outside the world heritage city of Bath. Fabulous views over the surrounding countryside. Plenty of wonderful walks through the Cam valley and beyond right from your front door. Two wonderful pubs within walking distance. The kitchen area is small with a fridge, kettle, toaster and single induction ring, so good for simple meals and breakfasts. Please note there is no dining area in the barn so meals have to be eaten on laps!

A cosy, warm and romantic room for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. PLEASE NOTE narrow steps lead down to the private front door, these may not be suitable for people with mobility issues to access. There is a wood burning stove installed. The Bathroom is contemporary in style with an electric shower, sink and toilet. There is a small separate area to make tea and coffee with a fridge, toaster and microwave. Conveniently located studio apartment only a 5 minute walk from Bath Train Station and the city centre, and close to Bath Uni. A peaceful bijou studio space, with basic kitchenette and en-suite shower room. The double bed is very comfortable, and the space is bright and welcoming. The basic kitchen area provides a kettle, a toaster, a mini oven, a microwave and a fridge. For breakfast we provide bread and jams, milk, juice, tea and coffee.
