Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Villa Maya extends over two floors, it has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that are modern and tastefully decorated. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining room and a living room with fireplace. From the living room on the ground floor there is an exit to the covered terrace which leads down to the garden with swimming pool and barbecue. The accommodation is located at the end of the village in quiet area where you can enjoy your vacation peacefully.

The house is located just above the Baška harbour, with a small beach just 100 metres away and a 10 minute walk to the old town on one side and naturist camp Bunculuka on the other. There are restaurants and cafes within a 5-minute walking distance from the house. The apartment is on the ground floor and it has a very big terrace. In our house we have 3 apartments for max. 8 people. Each apartment has it own separate entrance.

Veranda - Seaview Apartment

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
