Наша квартира расположена в новом 12этажном доме на 11 этаже с большой верандой и потрясающим видом на море и горы.В доме есть два лифта, бесплатная парковка во дворе.Вся инфраструктура,включая рестораны,супермаркеты,аптеки,автобусная остановка находятся у дома.Так же рядом есть торговые овощные ряды, где каждый день вы можете приобрести свежий грузинский сыр,ароматные специи, сезонные овощи и фрукты.В 6-8 минутах пешком есть канатная дорога,а до бульвара,прибрежной зоны и пляжа 10-15 минут хода

Квартира находится в центре города.Дорога до пляжа займёт 10-15 минут прогулочным шагом по набережной. В 2 шагах находится центр старого города.Так же рядом детская игровая площадка, канатная дорога,морской вокзал,яхт клуб,приморский бульвар,морские прогулки на катерах,экскурсионное бюро. Аптека ,которая работает круглосуточно.Множество ресторанов,баров,кафе.Банки и обменные пункты валюты.Не далеко рыбные ресторанчики и рынок,базар и центральный автовокзал.В соседнем доме супермаркет.
